Activity Reason Text :	Samples were new method type and did not report correctly in SDWIS. Corrected 3/22/17. MTB OOS NOV2014-FEB2015. Being treated with UV now. SN (11/19/2014) Based on Romeoville¿s initiative to install UV treatment at Well #3 and Well #9 as seen by the construction permit and that Well #3 and Well #9 are not currently in use, I will list Well #3 and Well #9 as inactive. In my opinion, the wells causing the problem are not in use and equipment is currently being installed to deal with the bacterial issues with those wells. I don¿t see an issue with inactivating the wells. Please contact the Elgin Office when the UV equipment is in use, so the wells can be reactivated. From Chris Drey--Jeri and Dwayne,We have removed Well # 3-701 Beverly Griffin Drive Coliform Site number 22126 from service as of 5-6-10. We had planned to pull this at the end of the month but due to a mechanical failure we have removed it from service now. The well may be out of service for up to one year due to reconstruction of the well house and water main improvements planned under IEPA permit number 0839-FY2010.	Activity Status Date :	11-19-2014
